Learn how CAP helped a major health network address the people side of change in transforming its operational infrastructure.  Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) network in Denver was rolling out new standardized processes in human resources, supply chain, accounting and other operational areas so that its 40,000 employees in 40 facilities would function more cohesively.  Using GE's CAP tool, CHI was able to understand the culture at each facility, identify and overcome barriers to change, mobilize employee commitment and engagement, and create a structure to monitor and sustain change.
